The first TOC Market Briefing has set off with a tremendous start. All major terminal operating groups from the region is attending the event and with the first morning hosting shipping lines as speakers, debates were heated.

The recent TOC AMERICAS event in Panama unearthed interesting, positive feedback from the ports and terminals of Latin America. Having discussed with the leading companies in this sector, it was clear that there is demand for a regional forum that will cover local developments. This TOC Market Briefing will focus on the rapidly growing West Coast South America (WCSA) maritime market. 
 

Against a background of major investments by global port investors and international shipping lines, the conference will look at where WCSA stands today, and prospects for development in the coming years. Presentations will address the potential for additional trade lanes to and from the region, the expectations of global carriers in terms of port service levels and logistics infrastructure, and how the regional port map will look over the next few years.
