SS Rotterdam on Tuesday 11 June from 7-10 pm.
There will be a selection of unlimited drinks and canapes available and a live band performance.

APM Terminals Maasvlakte II Port Tour
You are eligible to register for one of the limited places for the
APM Terminals Maasvlakte II Port Tour taking place on
Monday 10 June 2024.
Places on the tour are limited and are currently only accepting 2 people per company.
Once you register, you will receive either a confirmation of your place or an email stating you are on the waitlist for the tour.

13.00h - 13.30h: Port Tour registration desk opens at Rotterdam Ahoy
13.30h: Bus departs from Ahoy
14.30h: Bus arrival at Maasvlakte II
14.30h - 15.45h: Tour of the terminal
The bus will drive along the barge quay where you will be able to see the deep-sea cranes.
Bus will proceed to pass by the automated area where the LAGVs move containers. You will be able to see rail and truck processes
15.45h: Bus departs to Rotterdam Ahoy
16.45h: Bus arrives to Rotterdam Ahoy
Daily 2-Course Lunch
You will receive a lunch voucher valid for each of the three days.
This can be redeemed at the Restaurant RiVers located at the Ahoy plaza where you can make your own selection at the different buffets.

Join us at the TOC Sales Stand on the final day at 3 PM for an exciting mini golf tournment and a refreshing drink.
Please note that only exhibitors who have secured their spots for 2025 can participate in the tournament.
