D2XCEL, originally launched as D2SCALE, is a collaborative pan-European scaling programme.
The programme aims to support deep tech and digital ventures in the maritime and logistics industries.
It connects them with a top-tier industry network of over 300 investors, mentors, public and private lead customers, and innovation hubs.
A consortium of 13 partners from across Europe, each with diverse expertise and global influence in their respective fields, is behind the programme.
