Please tell us a little about your company and what you will be showcasing at TOC Europe 2024

Visy specializes in AI-based vision technology to drive process automation. Using advanced camera systems with AI software, Visy automatically identifies assets, personnel, and cargo going in or out of a terminal by road, rail or quay. Visy digitizes the information, shares it with third-party systems and allows the management to make smart decisions on operational processes. The result is that the terminal saves time and money on every move.

2024 marks our 30th year, so we will be having a birthday party at our stand C44. Stop by for snacks and beverages!

Who are you hoping to meet?

At TOC we look forward to meeting our existing customers, partners, and friends. Visy has been a regular at TOC Europe for 20 years. During this time we have formed meaningful relationships in the industry. The AGM is a place where we continue discussions and work towards shaping the industry together with other stakeholders.

Why is the European market so important to you?

Europe is Visy’s home market and most of our team members are located in Europe. TOC Europe offers a central location for our teams to converge and engage with customers and partners.

What are your plans, goals and ambitions for the rest of 2024 and beyond?

Visy is continuing to deliver bigger projects and grow our team. Despite the slowdown in the industry, our unique value proposition is continuing to keep us busy with new work. This year we have already broken our record for TopView spreader OCR systems and will continue to see more deals before the year is through. Information Classification: General

Could you provide an overview of your company’s current sustainability initiatives related to ports and terminals?

Sustainability is important to Visy. Our role as a technology leader also requires us to make the right decisions about the environment and ensuring that we are part of the solution our planet needs. Not only do our solutions make our customers’ operations more sustainable, but our approach to developing and deploying are also sustainable.

Why do you consider it important to be at TOC Europe?

TOC Europe is our main conference of the year. It is the one event in which leaders from around the world come together to discuss and find solutions to the industry’s biggest challenges.

What message do you have for the TOC community who will be in Rotterdam?

We want to hear your thoughts on the biggest challenges in the industry. Visit us at stand C44 and let’s swap ideas on how to make the industry better for all of us.
