It has been brought to our attention that several unauthorised companies have been contacting exhibitors via emails and phone calls claiming to be working with the TOC Events Worldwide events team. We strongly recommend not to engage with any third party companies (eg hotel booking service, event directory service) claiming to be working with the TOC Events Worldwide team as these are unauthorised companies and are not affiliated with TOC in any way. If in doubt – please do check with us. 

TOC has NOT appointed any company to call you directly and sell hotel rooms. Therefore, we advise that hotels should always be booked via the TOC website.
