Port Tour
You are eligible to register for one of the limited places for the HHLA Port Tour taking place on Monday 18 May 2026.
All spaces are now full and accepted participants have been sent a confirmation email.
Evening Networking Reception
Join our exclusive Evening Networking Reception at Park Café Planten un Blumen on Tuesday 19 May from 6:30-9:30 pm.
There will be a selection of unlimited drinks and food available and a live band performance.
Make sure you bring your event badge in order to obtain access.
Delegate Lunch
Restaurant Mercadillo onsite opens from 10am-5pm – serving a range of burgers/pasta/salads/hot and cold drinks
Food trucks – Big Balmy Vegan Food Truck, Smoked Kitchen BBQ.
Please note: lunch is not provided for exhibitors.
Speaker & VIP Lounge
If you are a speaker, you’ll enjoy the exclusive access to a VIP lounge in the CSC areas upstairs.
There will be barista coffee served all day 8-5pm and pastries each morning.
TOC GO App Premium
Enjoy premium-level access to the event app to connect and set-up meetings with other attendees, access the event content, browse exhibitors, schedule your own agenda, view the speaker list...etc.
TOC Golf
Join us at the TOC Sales Stand on the final day at 1:30 PM for an exciting mini golf tournment and a refreshing drink.
Please note that only exhibitors who have secured their spots for 2027 can participate in the tournament.
