Here's what you can look forward to:
Port Tour
You are eligible to register for one of the limited places for the APM Terminals Maasvlakte II Port Tour taking place on Monday 16 June 2025.
All spaces are now full and accepted participants have been sent a confirmation email.
Port Tour Itinerary:
13.00h - 13.30h: Port Tour registration desk opens at Rotterdam Ahoy (at the Registration Area between Hall 1 and Hall 2)
13.30h: Bus departs from Ahoy
14.30h: Bus arrival at Maasvlakte II
14.30h - 15.30h: Tour of the terminal
The bus will drive along the barge quay where you will be able to see the deep-sea cranes.
Bus will proceed to pass by the automated area where the LAGVs move containers. You will be able to see rail and truck processes
15.30h: Bus departs to Rotterdam Ahoy
16.30h: Bus arrives to Rotterdam Ahoy
Evening Networking Reception
Join our exclusive Evening Networking Reception at the SS Rotterdam on Tuesday 17 June from 7-10 pm.
There will be a selection of unlimited drinks and food available and a live band performance.
Make sure you bring your event badge in order to obtain access.
